As a Senior Test Analyst, you take end-to-end responsibility for ensuring software quality across complex IT projects.

You’ll analyze functional requirements, identify risks, and translate them into structured, prioritized test scenarios that align with project goals and timelines.

You’ll define the test approach in coordination with test coordinators and other senior analysts, monitor milestones, and ensure the test design and execution reflect the project’s quality standards.

Beyond preparation, you’ll be hands-on during execution — validating software quality, performing manual and automated tests across multiple levels, analyzing CI/CD results, and reviewing deliverables to assess coverage and product reliability.

This role requires strong communication and reporting skills: you’ll translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders, maintain accurate documentation, and continuously improve test processes.

You’ll also play a mentoring role for junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
