We’re looking for a Junior .NET Developer who’s ready to grow into a full-stack engineer. You’ll work in a modern cloud-based environment using C# (.NET Core), Blazor, and container technologies like Docker. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a solid technical foundation who wants to sharpen their backend skills while exploring modern web frameworks and DevOps practices.
You’ll join a collaborative Agile team where coding, testing, and continuous improvement go hand in hand. Expect plenty of coaching and hands-on learning opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, test, and debug .NET-based applications (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Contribute to backend logic, database interactions, and API integrations.
- Work with Blazor for interactive front-end development.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker (Azure, OpenShift, or Kubernetes exposure is a plus).
- Collaborate in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
- Apply clean coding principles such as Domain Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS.
- Participate in continuous integration and deployment via GitHub Actions.
- Help monitor and troubleshoot applications using ELK Stack (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana).
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Informatics, or Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ year experience in .NET (Core) development with C#.
- Experience with Entity Framework and SQL.
- Higher education in software development or equivalent experience.
- Fluent Dutch (CEFR C2).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Docker, Azure, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Knowledge of Blazor and/or Angular.
- Familiarity with OAuth2 / OIDC, AMQ or event brokers, and Git/GitHub.
- Basic understanding of 12-factor app principles, Agile mindset, and unit testing frameworks (NUnit, XUnit, Moq).
- Exposure to CSS/SASS for UI styling.
