  • You independently plan your schedule, allocating time to meetings, financial management, safety matters, and site visits with clients and foremen.
  • You are responsible for the preparation, coordination, safety, and supervision of tasks in a railway environment.
  • You familiarize yourself with the client's technical guidelines and the requirements of specific specifications.
  • You engage in regular client communication, discussing the project's status with a touch of commercial flair.
  • You monitor and report the financial status of the project at regular intervals.
  • You prioritize safety and quality, particularly in the context of railway operations where safety is paramount.
  • You nurture a healthy relationship with site management, utilizing your strong people skills effectively.
  • You assess workload adjustments in collaboration with your project manager and coordinate optimal resource allocation across different projects.

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a site manager, project leader, work preparer, or production supervisor.
  • You possess affinity for site machinery and mechanics.
  • You have interest in construction and earthworks, keeping you well-informed about the latest techniques and materials.
  • You demonstrate punctuality and precision in your work, becoming a go-to person for details on ongoing matters.
  • You are an effective communicator, adept at engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are skilled in using the MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • You respect the environment and continuously seek sustainable solutions.
