We’re looking for an experienced Data Migration & Reconciliation Lead to take ownership of a major data migration and validation initiative within a life insurance environment.

You’ll ensure the complete and accurate transfer of policy, client, and transaction data from legacy systems to new platforms — designing reconciliation frameworks that guarantee every record is traceable, verifiable, and business-ready.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines technical data expertise with domain knowledge and leadership, guiding teams through complex migration and reconciliation processes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end data migration validation and reconciliation.
• Design and implement reconciliation frameworks that confirm data accuracy and completeness between source and target systems.
• Investigate and resolve data mismatches, performing detailed root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align reconciliation logic with requirements.
• Guide nearshore and on-site teams in the technical implementation of data quality controls.
• Build clear documentation, dashboards, and audit trails for validation and reporting.
• Support post-migration activities to ensure ongoing data integrity and continuous improvement.
• Define and validate data transformation rules, mappings, and exceptions.
