We’re looking for an experienced BI Reporting Analyst to support the analysis, redesign, and implementation of business reports within an established data environment.
You’ll translate business reporting needs into functional dashboards and data models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and automation where possible.
Your work will focus on report design, improvement, and integration.You’ll collaborate closely with business users and data teams to deliver clear, insightful reporting solutions that help drive strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze, rebuild, and implement reports within the existing data model.
- Design and develop new reporting requirements and extend existing dashboards.
- Connect and integrate data sources (automated or semi-manual), ensuring reliability and accuracy.
- Set up and optimize reporting processes, including automation actions where possible.
- Execute testing, validation, and documentation of all reporting deliverables.
- Support ongoing and new reporting-related initiatives within the transformation department.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience as a BI Consultant or Reporting Analyst.
- Strong expertise with Power BI (advanced report building, DAX, data modeling).
- Practical experience with Databricks (at least 2 years).
- Proficiency in SQL (query optimization, joins, transformations).
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining reporting solutions end-to-end.
- Vloeiend Nederlands aka Dutch (C2 level).
- Experience with Web Intelligence (Webi)
- Understanding of energy sector processes, roles, and regulations
- Experience with business analysis in similar reporting environments
- Strong ability to translate requirements into reporting specifications.
Important Clarification ETL / Data Management is not part of this role. Your focus is on reporting and visualization, not on data pipeline development or extraction processes.
