We’re looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to guide complex IT projects from concept to production in a modern Microsoft-based environment.
You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, bridge business and technology, and ensure high-quality, mission-critical digital systems are delivered smoothly and securely.
This role suits someone with a deep technical background as Technical Project Manager / Tech Lead, who enjoys leading by example, combining architecture awareness, delivery excellence, and strong communication.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full delivery lifecycle of technically complex projects.
- Define project scope, technical specifications, and resource needs.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across development, testing, and infrastructure.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
- Supervise implementation, testing, and production rollout.
- Perform quality checks and code reviews to ensure maintainable, scalable solutions.
- Monitor risks, manage dependencies, and resolve delivery obstacles.
- Adapt to changing priorities with a creative, solution-driven mindset.
What are we looking for?
Your Tech stack
- .NET (C#), WebAPI, Angular
- MS SQL Server, MySQL
- Azure DevOps for project management and collaboration
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience in IT project and team management (Azure DevOps).
- 10+ years of experience in .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL environments.
- Strong ability to review, optimize, and validate existing code.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical communication and reporting.
- Excellent command of French (C1) and Dutch (C1) — both oral and written
